I somewhat disagree. Trump is like the ultimate "boomer", selfish, narcissistic and self centered. Most are less egregious on the scale of 0 to Trump, but most folks my age (40s) and younger are getting what im saying... Even my parents fall into this category, I love them dearly, but as an adult they and most have really F'ed up this world for their kids and grandkids. Theres always exceptions but something happened in the 50-70s that screwed people up...

The rule clearly states that the blame goes to the POTUS who was in office at the time the flight was planned, not when it took off. This one is very clear, with no ambiguity. In fact, if you read the statute, the way it reads is as Biden may as well have been piloting the helicopter last night. That's how liable he is for this tragedy.
