Yeah! Hegseth readies actions against Trump foe Mark Milley The retired general, a frequent target of the president, will lose his security detail and face an inspector general investigation, said a senior defense official. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has decided to remove retired Gen. Mark A. Milley’s security detail, revoke his security clearance, and order an inspector general inquiry into his behavior as the Pentagon’s top officer, a senior defense official said Tuesday, taking extraordinary action against a frequent target of President Donald Trump. The move comes after years of Trump criticizing Milley for perceived disloyalty and Milley acknowledging in congressional testimony that he had served as a source for several unflattering books about the first Trump administration. Milley, 66, retired in 2023 following four tumultuous years as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under both Trump and President Joe Biden. So do you think Hegseth will be able to give Trump sage advice regarding potential military action? Is he the guy you want at the table advising Trump in a security crisis?
Cool. Another thread to remind us all how unhinged this administration is. Instead of trying to help average Americans, these bozos are stuck on past grievances. Perhaps Dr. Phil should take time out from ICE raids to set up psych shop in the West Wing.
According to Elon Musk DOGE is already saving Americans $1Billion/day. MAGA took your car keys. Step aside Why were Milley and Fauci pardoned all the way back to 2014? Because of the coup the US backed in Ukraine that led to the current war and because of the creation of numerous "biolabs"? Stay tuned and enjoy the show.
Milley took an oath to the constitution, not your orange god. Pathetic that you don't know the difference.
A chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff should never in any way undermine the Commander-in-Chief for starters. And certainly he or she should never tip our hand to our most powerful adversary in the world. Milley clearly did both out of spite towards President Trump, which only amplifies his level of treason and his level of contempt for our Commander-in-Chief. I don’t foresee a scenario where this ends well for Milley, as it shouldn’t. It is not as if he was operating in some sort of whistleblower capacity to the PRC, lol. Dude’s a straight up traitor.
