Just stop. When they come up with another theory and give it a higher degree of confidence than this one, then we can talk. But as of now, this is their way of easing into "our government funded a worldwide pandemic that killed millions." Obviously, the FBI and CIA are never going to come right out and say "we have a high degree of confidence our federal government royally (screwed) the world." You are not that obtuse. If you want that sort of blunt honesty from our agencies, Kash Patel is your man. But until we get Kash in there, this is the most we were ever going to get. Frankly, I'm mildly hopeful, because I'm shocked they've even admitted a low confidence belief in the aforementioned. Baby steps, I reckon.

President Trump, you've done many great things in your first week. The Gulf of Mexico is now the Gulf of America. It's time for "The China virus" to be properly renamed "The Fauci virus."

    Nope, sorry. I require evidence.

You already have a conclusion you want and are hoping for evidence to get you there.

I suppose if you are the type of person who think Havana Syndrome is real, you would probably believe this too

I'm not the investigator. The FBI and CIA are. They have evidence. This is their working theory and despite their "low confidence" rating, it is their only working theory after nearly 5 years of investigation. What you really meant to say is "Nope, sorry. I won't admit I was wrong." It's not my conclusion.. it's the FBI and CIA's conclusion. As I said, when they present another theory with a higher degree of confidence, get back to me.

My base assumption is China created the virus with help from Fauci. The coronavirus was deployed by Xi to take down Trump. We never had a legit pandemic, it was a fear pandemic. For people under 80 and in good health the toxic vaccine probably hurt more than it helped.

I'm old enough to remember when Democrats said Trump was "racist" for using terms like "China virus." Some called the lab leak theory a "lie" or a "debunked conspiracy theory."

My other base assumption is Democrats (and RINO's) lie about everything and destroy everything they touch.

    Wrong about what?

Pretty sure I’ve always leaned lab leak as “most likely” just based primarily on the existence of the lab. I just don’t dismiss other options out of hand.

The best part is this review was ordered by Biden. Its very existence is because the last President ordered them to do a “second look”. Unfortunately sounds like they just went through the motions, not that China is making the principles available to be interviewed by our CIA.

Don't act like Biden (or whomever drafted the order and put it in front of him) did anything benevolent by ordering a "second look." He was forced to do that because the GOP demanded it and it would have looked very bad if he had shut it down. A "second look" at the origins of a worldwide pandemic that killed millions goes without saying. As I've said, you're not this naive. You're attempting to put lipstick on a very ugly pig.

And yes, the FBI and CIA are going to do whatever they need to do to land this plane as quietly as possible. "Yeah, we killed a bunch of your citizens" is not the marketing pitch we're looking to make to the world, as hard as that may be for you to believe.

I’ve no idea if there is a cause and effect relationship but ….. I never knew I had atrial fibrillation until after I had the COVID booster. Perhaps it’s just a coincidence but I’ll never know. As a result of a significant afib event in Aug22 it was determined I needed a pacemaker for a low heart rate. Also have had 3 ablations, take three meds, and will likely have a hybrid ablation in Mar25.

At least I can still cycle. In fact, after being put on the 3rd med, my average ride increased from approximately 40 miles to 61 miles. Unfortunately that boost has since worn off and I’m back to 40.

So you’ve lept all the way from holding China accountable for the virus to blaming the U.S. for research that goes on in China. That’s… a leap.

Doesn’t make much sense tho. The U.S. does grants there because we want cooperation. We want to see that civilian research. I’m pretty sure “Chinese Bat lady”, the researcher that was made famous before Covid would be doing her work either way. She is still doing published work as a matter of fact! It’s just a matter of whether the rest of the world has shared access or how much collaboration they have. If the Chinese wanted to militarize viruses they’d be doing that in a non collaborative forum. And for all we know maybe they are, but respiratory viruses probably aren’t a great military tool even in the hypothetical. This is actually one of the biggest fears I have of AI, “Siri, engineer me the perfect virus”. The tools already exist to create synthetic virus, so when two and two are put together with the aid of AI…

Because he insists they saved millions of people and I suspect he really believes it.

I’ve had to special order a batch of tin-foil hats. I didn’t realize there were so many lab-leakers afoot.

What would be the point in China engineering a bioweapon so deadly it preyed on octogenarians with for comorbidities ?

Okay, let me ask you all a question. Suppose you were interested in creating a pandemic, would that be a good way of doing it?

Would it be worth the expense? Wouldn’t it be simpler to just make-believe there was a plague through fear-porn and statistical data-management ?

Was in to see my doctor this morning to go over lab results. Talk about frustrating being a doctor during Covid and being fed BS by the entities that are supposed to help. As he said...we now know that we actually net harmed young healthy people by giving them the shot. And it did not work. And yes. He recommended it back during covid when it was authorized. He like any rational minded person understands this came from a lab in wuhan.

A lot of trust was destroyed in trying to cover up this travesty.

Maybe some MAGA lab should create a virus that will wipe out Democrats (and RINOs). Trump could call it the donkey virus. In fact they could claim that the virus originated in a donkey market. Democrats would have to fast-track a new vaccine. They could have T shirts saying "Immune by June." Trump, of course, would want to get in on the action, selling T shirts that say "See ya later on your respirator."

Though I suspect that lockdowns originally went against Trump’s instincts, overall he was backlit during the cacaphony.

Don’t you remember how he tested positive, was flown to Walter Reed where he was photographed working remotely ?

Then after a short stay (for someone gravely I’ll) he was flown back to the White House where he bounded off the helicopter, contemptuously ripped off his mask and declared but for the doctors and their “amazing drugs” he would have died ?

    Breathtaking theatre.

I don't remember him photographed at Walter Reed working remotely. If he was photographed, I imagine he was watching TV.

If I recall correctly, he was given a medication or two at Walter Reed that saved him. Medication not available to us peons.
