Someone with 2 years left fits our depth chart quite nicely especially with Lagway having at least another year. He might not rack up many stats but if he can clog up the middle and free up the LBers, he could get the job done.

Hope we get him. Otherwise we might be up the creek without a paddle.

He only played in their 4 most important games of the year outside of the NCG. Read into that what you will.

 

Hope UF likes him and he likes UF, it's always good to have some depth on the defensive line!

 

He should have known to make the switch early regardless of growing up with and enjoying soccer because the percentage of professional soccer players with his frame is .00001 or less.

 

He probably kept stepping on and flattening the ball. Go play Amercan football.

Yep... Texas has the money and UGA has the track record of putting DL in the NFL. Tough competition.

If I was CBN, I would have pointed to Jackson and Banks' development in my pitch. UGA is putting 5 star guys into NFL, that's easy. CBN turned two 2023 DT transfers into the hottest DT combo in the country to end the 2024 season.

 

The only pitches that matter are playing time and money. The rest they could care less about, they are all going to the NFL regardless in their mind.

 

Kinda like by definition you get what you pay for?
