And in California, about 50% of the labor force in the Central Valley is too scared to show up. What this means is a significant supply shortage. Especially since this is the critical, citrus harvest time. If you don't think this will cause prices to rise, I would suggest a remedial econ course that deals with how markets and supply and demand work.

since most of the Florida Citrus crop is now south of I4, not much if any even experienced a frost and suffered no damage- my friends grove on the North side of Clermont had no damage- this little cold snap actually helps the fruit ripen and get sweeter there were some specialty fruit and vege crops in North Florida that may have suffered, but not Citrus

Florida citrus production was already down due to hurricane damage. The estimate from the recent freezes before the storms hit was an additional 20% loss. The bigger groves are all south of Orlando. But there are smaller ones around Orlando and north that were effected by the freezes. Couple the low expected yield, any freeze losses, and the fact there are air 50% less persons working the fields of Central California, and it all equates to shortages in citrus. Which means higher prices. And it didn't have to be this bad. Plenty of fruit ready to be picked today in California. Just no labor there to pick it.
