Yeah, I don't think that is true. Also, why would the US Supreme Court take a case involving New York State Law around falsifying business records to review the merits of the case?
Umm, I don't shill for anyone. In any font size. I simply point out the truth. You seem to be blind to the term 'law fare' where the Democrats seized upon and weaponized judges and AGs to try and take down a presidential candidate. That should worry you far more than anything else. It certainly did me and the rest of your fellow Americans, testified to by the outcome of the election. Trump won. Legally, Fairly. That too, is over and done. And he's the President. Now let him do what America elected him to do.
You say things that aren't true, but claim to "point out the truth." Also, I think your bogus term 'law fare' is actually written as "lawfare" by all the other shills for the criminal. Plus, who are you to talk about Trump winning "legally and fairly" ? If he hadn't, he'd have just repeatedly lied about it. For years. Which, of course, is what he did after 2020. People (you) that vote for a criminal who enacted a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election, like Trump did in 2020-21, can't talk about "legal" and "fair" as if the terms mean anything to you. They don't. Or you wouldn't have allowed yourself to vote for an un-American criminal traitor.
liking this judge Judge slaps new restrictions on Oath Keepers after Trump commutation Politico's Kyle Cheney on BlueSky flags a new order from United States District Court Judge Amit Mehta informing Rhodes and other convicted members of the so-called Oath Keepers that "you must not knowingly enter the District of Columbia without first obtaining the permission from the Court" and "you must not knowingly enter the United States Capitol Building or onto surrounding grounds... without first obtaining the permission from the Court." ........................ Shortly before Trump took power, Mehta issued a warning about the dangers of letting the militia leader free given his role in trying to violently overthrow the constitutional order. "The notion that Stewart Rhodes could be absolved is frightening and ought to be frightening to anyone who cares about democracy in this country," the judge said at the time.
I suspect those restrictions aren’t going to hold up. While DOJ hasn’t issued the formal commutation documents memorializing the commutation in Trump’s EO yet, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has already filed a motion to dismiss the terms of supervised relief on the basis that the court lacks the authority to “modify” his terms of supervised relief because supervised relief is part of the “sentence” that was commuted by the President and there is thus no supervised release obligation remaining for the court to modify the terms of in the first place.
But the Cons and the felon assured us that the 2024 elections were rigged, crooked, and corrupt... until they won. Then nevermind. Odd that Americans ( 60%) were against the pardon of J6 rioters that committed violence... but that too was what they elected him to do? When the corps and billionaires get a big tax cut at the expense of the poor, seniors ,and middle Americans perhaps they see the con.
If the Democrats stole the 2020 election by fraud aren't you the one who wanted to overturn an election?
It that maneuver written into the Constitution? Please find that for us... That reminds me of some other lawyer maneuver where the POTUS has to tell an underling agency that he is DECLASSIFYING documents to "make it legal" or legitimate. I'm pretty sure the POTUS needs no underling agency to codify his commutations.
LOL Is poster really going back to the "I declassified them in my head" joke? The cult is strong in this one.
Hitler won an election, so did Castro. History is replete with humans making terrible choices. Djt is a felon and many other worse things. No vote will change that anymore than the jury made OJ innocent.
I think we can all be thankful four years from now when Donald J. Trump leaves office and stands up in front of a judge for sentencing for all of his felonies. Who knows? He could also shipped off to the Hague for trial (if he takes Greenland by force). His sentencing in the U.S. might have to wait until after he does time in a prison in Europe--you never know. The good news is that the U.S. will never have to deal with this fascist dictator (meaning Trump, for the knuckle-draggers) again. Trump's smart move might be to announce "Who knew that buying a foreign country could be so complicated?" and pretend he never threatened the leader of Denmark.
Some really disturbing stories starting to come out from j6'ers, hope Trump guts the fbi and doj like a fish.
Refreshing to see congressmen from both sides stand up for what is right. “Pardoning the people who went into the Capitol and beat up a police officer violently I think was a mistake, because it seems to suggest that’s an OK thing to do,” Graham told NBC News’ “Meet the Press.” You know, Biden pardoned half his family going out the door. I think most Americans, if this continues ... will revisit the pardon power of the president, if this continues,” Graham told “Meet the Press” moderator Kristen Welker. He added, “As to pardoning violent people who beat up cops, I think that’s a mistake.” Later in the program, Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., agreed with Graham, telling Welker that, Biden “was wrong to give these pardons.” Sen. Lindsey Graham says he thinks Trump pardoning violent Jan. 6 defendants was 'a mistake'
I think pardoning anyone who attacked a police officer was a mistake. I think Biden pardoning his family was a mistake as well. However, I have always supported the President's authority to pardon people. It is his constitutional right. It doesn't mean I always agree with the pardons.
But unlike Hitler and Castro, we get to choose in 4 years our next President. Comparing Communist country elections is not even amusing. And using Trump's name with those is beneath anyone here.
Only the Democrats didn't steal the 2020 election by fraud. That narrative was the product of the mind of the candidate whose severe form of Narcissistic Personality Disorder was such that he couldn't accept the fact that lost combined with his gift of persuasion of his willfully ignorant supporters who worship him like the leader of a cult.
Biden Pardons Child and Cop Killers: Biden clemency for 'non-violent' inmates includes Connecticut child killer
Whoa, shocker alert! JD Trumper has done a flip-flop and is now lying for the traitor. Who saw that coming?! Vice President JD Vance on Sunday said he stands by President Donald Trump’s near-blanket pardon of convicted January 6 rioters, including those who committed violence, claiming the Department of Justice treated them unfairly. “Violence against a police officer is not justified. But that doesn’t mean that you should have Merrick Garland’s weaponized Department of Justice expose you to incredibly unfair process, to denial of constitutional rights, and frankly, to a double standard that was not applied to many people,” Vance said on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” naming Black Lives Matter protesters as an example. “The pardon power is not just for people who are angels or people who are perfect. And of course, we love our law enforcement and want people to be peaceful, with everybody, but especially with our good cops. That’s a separate issue from what Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice did. We rectified a wrong, and I stand by it,” Vance said.
