I feel bad for Victoria. She is such a graceful, smooth athlete and when she's on she's as good as anyone.

 

Selena won all around

 

As a team, they looked great. And Selena wins the AA with a 39.625 to Sloane's 39.600, Anya 3rd and Leann 4th.

 

Why was she scored that low? Just based on that 1st pass?

Not sure. The app listed both judges with a 9.6, which also seemed low, but then another 0.1 Neutral Deduction... whatever that means.

 

Saw that..but didn't understand that

 

That was sweet. They earned every bit of that score. A REAL 198+

I do not believe Lilly Bruce was there as she did not come out on intros.

Bad stumble on that first big jump. I think she even stepped out of bounds.

 

Here's my guess on the VN 0.1 neutral deduction. The Virtius scoring for her has a small N that opens a drop down box. There's an SV1 and SV2 listed that don't match. I'm assuming that stands for start value. So, the two Judges disagreed on the start value? Or, one detected a missed element that devalued her SV? I'd guess the latter. Hence, the 0.1 deduction? But, that's way beyond my pay grade. I'll await the insight of the GC Gymnastic gurus.
