I thought he has been asked why he did not de-classify more of this during his first term and thought he explained, for example, that some witnesses are still alive and shouldn't be outed. Presumably that concern and other concerns would still largely apply now?

 

There's something called redaction, which is used the hide the names of people in documents who shouldn't be "outed." Of course I wouldn't be surprised if Trump had never heard of it.

 

Maybe those people are dead now. Lots died with Covid
