I’d normally agree with this idea of one thread but no… we all know it will become a cesspool of arguments, insults, and demeaning comments. It will be impossible to follow the news of who get confirmed when. It would be like a committ thread where all commits are in one thread and Fsu fans and UGA fans are allowed to chime in. No thanks.
Rubio has switched from being a neocon warmonger to being more of a MAGA war skeptic. He sees which way the wind is blowing and he wants to get elected president one day.
I had hope when Trump nominated Rubio. Rubio talks maga-speak now but he’s experienced, smart and a history of wanting what’s best for our nation. But then the other trump nominations came which included sex traffickers, conspiracy crackpots, and nominees sympathetic to our enemies.

Early prediction: Rubio is one of the first cabinet picks to leave the administration. My understanding is Trump wants to sideline the state department as much as possible.
