The best speech of all time? Painting the US as a dysfunctional dystopia and proclaiming that he is the only one who can fix it and to top it off the speech was loaded with lies or they say in MAGA land alternative facts. Although he never used the actual phrase it was more or less a proclamation that he will be dictator on day one and for that matter every other day that he is in office.

I largely agree with the first part of your post; no where near "best ever" territory--but, have to disagree with your conclusion that it was anything even resembling a proclamation of dictatorship. That's just about as fruity and hyperbolic as the point you were countering.
