I hold some blame against Jill and I get it’s not her responsibility. But she is the one person on the planet that Biden might have listened to regarding not running a second time. But from what I’ve seen she encouraged it.

    This

Even then, when Biden backed out he was still leading Trump significantly in many polls. But he was starting to show mental issues so I doubt that would have lasted. I read many democrats wanted another candidate than Kamala but were threatened by the black caucus who made it clear there would be problems if someone besides Kamala was nominated. There were numerous infections within the Democratic Party led to Trump being elected.

Ruth Bader is another example. Her decision to not step down while Obama was president allowed Trump to pack the court.

Sticking your head in the sand and ignoring problems doesn’t solve them it just makes them worse.

what I repetedly see is dems admitting erros and ways to improve and pubs never ahving made a singlemsitake..
I agree with this. I also agree with Jo that djt was an exponentially worse choice when evaluated on the merits and not the emotion. pubs refused to see him for what he is so they nominated and elcected a felonious sexual predator who led a rebellion against the USA as potus..smdh just typing that... so many better options on both sides.

I don’t think most Trump voters like or approve of him personally. They voted against our border policies, wokeness, anti Christian rhetoric, DEI, etc. Shoot, I have coffee on Friday mornings with a group of guys 55 and older, all white. I still hear about the baker in Colorado and the boycot directed at Chick-fil-A. And many more. My point is they didn’t forget and think DT agrees with them where as Kamala doesn’t.

Spock was right, emotions will be the downfall of the human race as they erase all ability to process information and make logical conclusions

When the Easter Bunny had to run interference for Biden, the writing was on the wall. I think most Dems were in a bind because there was only one person that had beaten Trump and it looked like he was going to be the nominee. Also, if it was not Biden, it had to be Harris and Dems knew how bad her weaknesses were.

    Lol

The baker issue and chick fil a boycott occurred and was national news. Whether you agree with them or not is ok. Just mentioning a few of many comments I’ve heard lately during the election process.
