I hate to say this.. but I agree with Jo’s first paragraph. Arrest and charge anyone criminal or violent! Absolutely.
Now.. do the same in all cases. Jo, do you agree? Arrest all those that are criminal or violent in all cases? Or is it just J6?

Biden pardon's people that the Dems say never committed a crime... including Dr. Mengele Fauci.

 

I still say that his preemptive blanket pardons should be nullified by the SCOTUS if he's suffering from mental decline to the point where he does not know what he is signing.

But then everything Trump did in his first term (granted, it's not much) should be nullified because he only got elected with help from Russia.

And then 1/3 of the Supreme Court should be dismissed, with many other judges, because they were appointed by a criminal and Russian agent.

 

Strawman much? The post stated quite clearly that the conditions were not a mandate. You changed the condition to "a mark of success". I doubt that most people consider those to be identical in terms of elections.
