That said, even if there were more illegal immigrants than the rational estimates I quote : then it would be that much more difficult to replace them in our economy, or to function without them.

How would we do that, btw? How would our economy lose 8-9 million employees (or however many you estimate it at) and still function efficiently?

There will be no mass deportations. This is just another one of Trump's empty threats. I do hope we deport the illegals in jails who have not committed rape and/or murder/attempted murder...

nah… it’s the optics for the show. Think Richard Dawson and Running Man — made for TV! Also can’t really beat on LA right now. The fires and all.

 

Here is the deal — will you get asked if you are here legally? No. I suspect you are a white male. Will someone who is here legally, brown, and looks suspicious be questioned? Yes. That is what I mean by “state sponsored terrorism”. The 4th Amendment doesn’t work one way.

 

I'd like to see Trump start by clearing out all the illegals from red states.

Those are the people that most want it to happen. Who voted for him. It would also probably be easier to do, given likelihood of more sympathetic local govts.

Reward those people, Trump! Save them from invasion!


Obviously he won't do anything of the sort. Because his lie will only be a dog and pony show that's mostly about picking a fight.

At least it will be funny to watch people realize they've been conned again.
