If nothing else she demonstrated that she was really skilled at being evasive. She essentially said that she would be absolutely loyal to Donald Trump without expressly saying so. Paraphrasing her responses a prime example has been her reply to questions regarding the 2020 election. She has always replied by stating the Joe Biden is the president while absolutely refusing to state the he was legitimately elected. Cute.

 

All these candidates are evasive and have been for as long as I’ve seen these hearings. It’s one reason confirmation hearings are a waste of time IMO. What stood out to me was her rhetoric and attacks on at least one Senator. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before but the current environment has people feeling emboldened to discard norms.

Yeah that reasoning is faulty on so many levels. In this world there are many religions and many Gods. However in Billy’s world there is only one God (and you must live by his opinion) although somehow the father, the son, and the holy ghost are just one thing. That edit was uncalled for. I have not watched the hearing. But can you tell me if anyone actually asked her about what she has done as AG and cases she worked on? All I have seen from clips are stupid questions that have no meaning. How else was she supposed to answer other than she will follow the law and read the cases as they are presented? Seriously. What else should she say.

Some of these idiot senators asking meaningless questions are the problem. I am waiting for one person here to present an exchange with Bondi where a Senator asked her about something she actually did during her career that could be of concern for her to be the AG and show her answer to that. There should be plenty of precise cases to go to considering her time as AG in Florida. But nope. A bunch of nonsense.
