Who led maga to oppose the vaccine?
How many more died due to lack of vaccine?
Ez enough to look at excess deaths in pro maga areas.
If he suggests you drink the kool-aid and the kool-aid kills you, did he kill you?

    https://www.npr.org/2023/07/25/1189939229/covid-deaths-democrats-republicans-gap-study
Researchers from Yale University who studied the pandemic's effects on those two states say that from the pandemic's start in March 2020 through December 2021, "excess mortality was significantly higher for Republican voters than Democratic voters after COVID-19 vaccines were available to all adults, but not before

More specifically, the researchers say, their adjusted analysis found that "the excess death rate among Republican voters was 43% higher than the excess death rate among Democratic voters" after vaccine eligibility was opened.
    ......

In late 2021, an NPR analysis found that after May of that year — a timeframe that overlaps the vaccine availability cited in the new study — people in counties that voted strongly for Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election were "nearly three times as likely to die from COVID-19" as people in pro-Biden counties.
"An unvaccinated person is three times as likely to lean Republican as they are to lean Democrat," as Liz Hamel, vice president of public opinion and survey research at the nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation, told NPR.

MAGA members are far less likely to get malaria or horse worms though. So at least there's that.

So Donald Trump was the only voice that led people to be skeptical of the COVID vaccine? That is where we are now? Do you know how many liberals were saying they would never take a Trump Admin approved vaccine prior to the vaccine coming out? Are they also responsible of those deaths?

Must be tiring to carry water for the felon's incessant firehose of garbage. Here I've always believed leaders were to be held responsible for both their actions and the words. My how the military must have changed with the times?

The point I'm trying to make in this exchange is that Trump is bad enough as it is. The moment Democrats go out of their way to make Trump out to be way, way worse than is he, is where you lose people and they stop taking you seriously. This is how you just got a second Trump Admin.

who led the charge to not get vaccinated? if the libs were so influential, why are the death rates for the maga post vaccine so much higher. face it, djt's leadership, or lack thereof, resulted in the deaths of 100k's of americans that didn't need to die if he would ahve been encouraging everyone to get the vaccine. you and I both know it, only one of us is able to admit it

There is no point in talking about such a complicated topic of what and who started the vaccine skepticism with you. It is clear you already have your mind made up so why discuss it.

The facts are clear, if you choose to ignore them that is your choice. Willful ignorance is a hallmark of MAGA. You definitely qualify

Yeah, the person that has never voted for Trump, is opposed to his SecDef nomination, and has repeatedly said Trump is awful is clearly MAGA. Gee, I wonder why I do not want to engage with you and your "facts."

..... and the RINO card comes out. We get it, anything short of complete fealty to Trump makes one a RINO or even a radical leftist America hating commie.

For me it was the culmination of Tea Party to the felon and then the total abandonment of fiscal responsibility. Fiscal conservatism ( or the hope) was what had me voting Republican for years.

For the Record, I actually think Trump is the definition of a RINO.

This particular poster claims to have been a "pub" but has disparaged Republican Justices that have been on the SCOUTS for almost 30 and 20 years. So going by those time frames, he would have had to stop being a "pub" back in the early '90's. So what did did "pubs" and Bush Sr do that pushed him back then to leave the "pub" party.

So who do you vote for now if fiscal responsibility is your main issue? Does seem like there are a lot of good options.

With fiscal responsibility apparently not a concern of either party at this time, the felon's despicable character made it very easy this election at the top. By association, with his demand of unthinking obedience, those in his circle were also easy to avoid. Having a split of power between House, Senate and WH is also something I've come to prefer, thus hopefully dampening extremism either right or left. But indeed sane options are too few.

the moment it meant fealty to an individual. I will never be a part of anything where an opposing opinion is not considered and debated on the merits. MAGA tends to live in a delusional world where trump won the election, encouraging a violent rebellion against the US is okay, immigrants are eating dogs and cats and books are turning second graders gay. I didn't quit being a republican, the party quit being republican. Much like Cheney and so many others, fealty isn't in my dna

Simple question, would you follow an unlawful order if given by a superior?

they aren't my facts. up is up, that is a fact, it isn't mine. the death rates in pub areas post vaccine were significantly higher than in dem areas. the pub party is headed by djt who discouraged the vaccine. those are just documented numbers, not mine, not yours, just facts. facts don't belong to you or me
