It's needed in a bill because they are unable to address real issues and they need a distraction. Talking about trans rights when people can't afford to send their kids to college or go to the doctor.

When they have us focusing on culture warfare it prevents the class warfare. While the top 1% control 30% of the wealth we get a constant barrage of culture Wars. They know what they're doing.

    This.

We're also about to enact a deficit-funded reduction in the corporate tax rate. It's pretty amazing how easy Americans are to con. Good game, US.

For this bill, it is for student sports which is governed by Title IX. I believe most of the organizations are saying their hands are tied on the issue due to courts interpretation of Title IX saying transgender women are covered due to Bostock. I think that is the issue as I seem to remember a ruling last spring by one of the federal appeals courts on this issue. I believe this law would attempt to make it clear that trans women are not covered under Title IX for women sports.

    Pickleball? LMAO!

Ping pong on a blown up surface. A *game* so challenging that septagenarians and octogenarians play it regularly--even ppl too old to play golf...

But hey, if you want to pretend you're an athlete.... let's not hurt your fillins...

I'm guessing that HIS male genetics figured in to that trophy HE's hoisting, along with that position and scholly HE took from an actual gal.

We went from men and women identifying as something they are not to wealth envy and the "1%"...

So are you saying the barrage of culture Wars are coming from DC to protect the 1% or are you saying the barrage of culture Wars are coming from the large contingent of those posting on Too Hot/regular Americans who understand basic anatomy and the human body.

It took BIG GOVERNMENT to free the slaves, save Europe in WWI, WWII, and the world in the Cold War, and us, from further terrorist attacks in the WOT.

Some times big gov is needed to keep dip-shits and shitty ideas in check.

I can't get into pickleball. That said...it is actually good business for the Orthopedics. While you are not running there is a lot of jabbing. I would think the number one reason for the huge increase in injuries from pickleball is the reality so many more people are playing it. But...

"“Recently, pickleball has brought me more patients than any other sport,” said Dr. David Moss, an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington D.C. “People think of it as a relatively safe sport because of how small the court is, but there is more lateral movement than you think.”"

An unexpected danger: the dark side of pickleball

It's not an honest discussion when you call it wealth envy. Enjoy the culture wars.

I think he needed psychiatric help, and should have used the bathroom of his birth gender. I still believe its criminal that a born male...parts or not, was forced on a female as a roommate.

I swear this stance seems like a reverse of "own' the libs". Its like some folks want to "own the cons" just to seem more "progressive".

    Sure...after Title IX is repealed.

I mean, what's the point of Title IX and all it's requirements, if the freak parade neo-progs are just going to run end arounds to screw worthy gals out of Schollys so loser dudes who can't compete with other dudes can just declare themselves gals, and take Schollys earmarked for gals?

Pickleball is lots of fun. Not knocking it.

It's just not the type of game where gender separation is needed--as it is in swimming, boxing, basketball, soccer, and such.

It is a lot of fun.

But if septagenerians and even the occasional octagenarian can play (fact), women don't need a separate league. It's just not that type of game.

...but let the trannys play pickleball with women AND men... we'll see what kind of trophies they can earn.

Hmm, almost like associations can handle these sorts of things and make the call for their sport or sports...rather than needing blanket big government rules.
