Did you read the article? Hunter's crimes were failure to disclose drug use on a gun ownership check and not paying full, proper taxes on foreign income. Joe wasn't mentioned as committing a single crime. The claim Joe wasn't investigated was the report was incomplete. But maybe the report didn't find anything on Joe Biden because all the evidence was fabricated, and why Joe Biden's main accuser just got sentenced for 6 years for lying to the FBI?

Also -and this may just be opinion, I'm really not sure- I was thinking that it would be TOTALLY HYPOCRITICAL for someone to create threads about some crimes......but be totally accepting of other, far more important crimes. I was also thinking that a crime against our democracy, a crime to disenfranchise millions of Americans, would be among the worst crimes of all. Second, in this report Joe Biden would have been considered an uncharged third party and this is what Weiss intro letter stated: Therefore, in drafting this report, I was mindful of Department policies that caution restraint when publicly revealing information about uncharged third parties. So according to the article the Biden family made millions trading on the family name. Hunter Biden was never a part of Joe's admin. And certainly wasn't back in 2019, when Joe was a regular citizen, not holding any office. Hunter is free to making money off his last name. It be be unethical, but there are no laws against it. And the crime Hunter was convicted of was not paying the proper taxes on his foreign income. Now, find a connection between Hunter's foreign business dealings and his father Joe. There is none! The only connections came from a person in jail for 6 years for lying to the FBI making up claims Joe profited off of Hunter's business dealings. This report confirms Hunter's crimes of lying on a gun background document and not paying full taxes on income. Payments he later paid, if I remember correctly. But a "Biden Crime Family?" No smoke, especially when you remove all of Smirnov's testimony.
I don't think there is any doubt that Hunter Biden capitalized on his father's name. So far there has been absolutely no evidence that Joe Biden ever received a benefit from Hunter's shenanigans or that Hunter actually influenced Joe Biden although Hunter certainly tried to create the impression that he was able to do so. Once again the last time Hunter tried to pull that stunt was in 2018 when he apparently received gratuities from successfully scamming Chinese interests that he could influence policy through his father keeping in mind that Joe Biden was completely out of government at the time and the Republicans controlled the presidency and both Houses of Congress.
