In his book, Playing to the Edge, Hayden talks about how when he was appointed to his second term as NSA Director, he did a townhall with all the GS 15 at the agencies and told them that the could no longer try and weight him out on the changes we was trying to make. Netanyahu wanted the governments of all 7 countries attacked within 5 years. But the insurgency in Iraq slowed things down. If I'm recalling correctly there was a presidential finding in 1998 that Saddam should be toppled. Then the US looked for an excuse to invade Iraq. Over the years presidents come and go but the unelected Deep State runs the show. The US foreign policy has followed Netanyahu's plan for almost 3 decades. George Soros was mucking around in Ukraine back in the 1980s. He wanted Ukraine to destabilize Russia by being the knife at its underbelly.
