Yeah, it doesn't have to be all or nothing based on this issue. It's ok to like the guy and not want him fired while also pointing out that they made a mistake. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
That and they weren’t booted out of the arena. They still had seats. Communication certainly could have been better, but this is mostly people who weren’t affected complaining just to complain. An opportunity to take a shot at SS must not be wasted. *not a shot at this group. This group has mostly been level headed. Elsewhere on the interwebs, not so much.
I guess it’s possible. Of course, the easy solution would have been to simply move people down if the students didn’t fill those lower seats.
All of our remaining home opponents are at least a bubble team except for South Carolina. 6 of 8 teams with a Kenpom of 41 or better. For context, the ACC has 5 total teams ranked in the top 41 of Kenpom and the Big 12 has 7 total (and yes, 41 is cherry picking). This year won't be quite as good as next year appears to be in terms of a home schedule, but these are still big games. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
Couldn't agree more. As they say, a sign of intelligence is the ability to hold two conflicting thoughts at the same time.
It wasn’t just that - it was the intermingling of tickets so the confusion over GA and assigned as well as the long standing frustration by students and those of us who go to the basketball game to cheer and yell and MANY of the alumni who appear to be at a Pat Metheny concert on Ativan for some weird reason who were now in the “loud” section
Hell yeah brother we represented back in the day! I was 02-06. I remember being on the front page of the alligator slapping Matt Walsh’s hand after we upset Kentucky and he jumped on the press table. I was body painted and all. I also remember sleeping in downtown Indianapolis on an air mattress with a ton of Rowdy Reptile fans for front row seats to the Final Four. I got my pinky on Joakim’s jersey when he removed and threw it in the crowd in celebration of beating ucla. I held on for a while but then decided I wanted to keep my finger. Guy let me get a picture with it though so that was nice.
