Well that was awesome to watch. What an absolutely evisceration of the #1 team in the country and one of our most hated rivals. What a great job by the players and coaches to put that UK loss behind them and come out and prove they belong.

Also the first home win over a #1 in program history.

    What a win.

I was reading the Tennesee forums. They were complaining about the refs while shooting 22 free throws to our 9 at the time. Get out of here.

This reminds me of the beatdown we put on Ohio State at home during the regular season in 06-07, then beat them again in the Championship Game. Let's do that.

when the only alternative is to admit you got your ass handed to you, blame the refs - they had 9 fouls to our 18 late. UT must have fouled 7-8 times in the last 5 minutes alone. The refs were literally swallowing their whistles for minutes at a time (for them, not us)

Third biggest loss by a AP #1 team. UCLA beat Houston by 32 in 1968 and Kentucky beat St John’s by 41 in 1951.

Clayton was a beast on defense tonight. that block on the 3pt attempt was a thing of beauty

And the icing on the cake is Kentucky losing to Georgia
    77-66 with less than
    two minutes to go.

Checking the UGA vs Kentucky game and it feels like I am watching the game on a black and white tv. That court is terrible.

wow, what a difference a game makes. That's the thing with college players, so few are incredibly consistent and anyone (not named Johni Broome) can have an off night. Just look at leading scorers from each team tonight

Not surprised these guys won, but dayum did not expect a beat down.

On the road gave up 106. At home gave up 42. Just a totally different style of game. Quite impressive considering Clayton was hamstrung by fouls. The tone was set on defense in that one.
