The title of the world's shortest book "Rules for an Ethical Presidency" by Donald John Trump.

LOL, Representative Nancy Mace somehow confused "reversed" and "affirmed" and started a Twitter victory dance. Predictably, MAGA jumped in on the party, apparently clueless Trump had actually lost.

Can't make this level of stupidity up.

That's not correct, he was "convicted" under NY law when the guilty verdict was rendered. The imposition of sentence is a different matter.

NY Criminal Procedure Law 1.20(13)-(15), a definitional statute.:

    13. “Conviction” means the entry of a plea of guilty to, or a verdict of guilty upon, an accusatory instrument other than a felony complaint, or to one or more counts of such instrument.

    14. “Sentence” means the imposition and entry of sentence upon a conviction.

    15. “Judgment.” A judgment is comprised of a conviction and the sentence imposed thereon and is completed by imposition and entry of the sentence.

95% of it can be separated and released as part of the DC J6 case...and once something is digital and has been as widely circulated and reviewed as this document, can it really be kept secret if the overwhelming number of people with access believe it should be public?

BREAKING: Justice Ellen Gesmer denies Trump's request to halt his sentencing this Friday.

After many sucessful requests to delay the sentencing put forth by trump, he now wanted to claim sentencing at this point would interfere with his transition.
    Judge: naw.

Oh, it SHOULD be public. Not holding my breath of that happening. They will do their best to bury it.

What seems pretty obvious is that the report will cite obvious criminal conduct; Trumps lackeys moving boxes of classified documents ahead of a scheduled visit from archivists to retrieve them. Essentially a conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Weird how many Americans don't care.

He’ll be sentenced as scheduled on Friday. Only sentence will be a label of convicted. So slap on the wrist until it goes through the appeal process

Except there are no grounds to overturn the jury verdict so the conviction remains.

Semantics. He's a criminal no matter what happens. He's been a criminal for the majority of his adult life.

He'd be technically labeled a criminal multiple more times over if he didn't have a corrupt judiciary guaranteeing that he didn't see a fair trial for dozens of indictments given by grand juries of citizens in multiple jurisdictions.

    You voted for a criminal.
