They put Jayden Heavener LSU freshman at 97. How is Oxley not there if Heavener is? My opinion no freshmen should be in this list.

I think zero chance the ASU tournament would be on Flosports. Doesn't work that way. Flosports only contracts with general tournaments such as Mary Nutter, Puerto Vallera and things like that. I've never seen them do a home college tournament such as ASU.

From a players standpoint, with red shirt another half year of free education and nil. Much better competition than high school ball. Will be further advanced. If playing immediately is initial contribution would probably be less than entering next year and could lead to dissatisfaction on either the payer or coaches. I don’t know what happened with Sam Roe but I don’t think coming in early necessarily helped her stay at UF.
By the way does being flummoxed hurt?

Glad to have a second catcher. With the NCAA considering 5 years of eligibility for all athletes, I guess it makes more sense. We will have a lot of master's degrees graduates in the future.

I think this is a positive thing. Shaw is still a little perplexing to me. But we need another catcher bad. Even if it’s a green freshmen, she could catch some midweeks. I think the hardest part is she will be going straight into season and experiencing college for the first time right out of the gate.

It only makes sense for Kylie to come early since she graduated from high school in December and she wants to establish her student status in her major. Also, as player, she can learn from two of the best outfielders, Kendra and Korbe. She can learn to be a Gator teammate and learn the “Gator Way” from Tim, Francesca, Stephanie, Aric and her teammates. I have observed her on X and on Instagram and I can say that this girl is committed to the Gators and is driven to perfection, she constantly works out similarly to Skylar. So I have no doubt that she will work hard to be a good teammate and student. I do predict that she does redshirt this season.

I believe that may have been an issue with Sam Roe. But, I could be mistaken. So much, all at once for a Freshman.

Sam should have Redshirted, if she did, she still might have been a Gator.

I agree about Sam should have redshirted. However, she had to stand up to make the throw to second and she is still doing that. Unfortunately her arm strength is suspect for SEC SB. She could certainly hit and picked up some valuable hits for us. Unfortunately, it appears from my limited knowledge of her, she was easily manipulated by another player who got her to transfer with her. The early enrollee (Makenna) shows that once again CTW is always one step ahead of us and what he needs!

Some possible good news. The ASU Tournament is actually ASU-GCU Tournament. UF plays 3 games in Phoenix at Grand Canyon U’s stadium and 2 games in Tempe At ASU. On GCU’s site they have activated the “Watch” feature so I emailed them and asked if all the games would be streamed on ESPN. The answer was “GCU home games will be on ESPN plus.” Since this didn’t answer definitely, I emailed her back. If and when I get an answer, I’ll let you know.
In the meantime I will contact ASU to find out if they plan to stream.
I encourage you to put some pressure on USF. Go to their website and get email addresses and encourage them to stream all UF games.
I also emailed CTW to find out which games will not be streamed and encouraged him do what he can as we fans really hate to miss any games. If he responds, I will let you know.
