LOL! You cannot be that naive to still think Jan 6 was an organized insurrection?! One intentional death of a person that should not have been jumping through a window with a bunch of others. Forget the video of people being let in. But we can't go there because that is conspiracy to those like you. Watch the speech. Research the timeline. Watch the video. Jan 6 was not an insurrection. But I will give Pelosi and the dems this...they played Trump that day!
So. What would've happened had the mob reached Pence and Pelosi? They would've had tea and crumpets together and talk about the Constitution?
Nothing... LOL They would have just politely said hello to Pelosi et al.... BULLSHIT and you know it.
you can choose to believe this- there is way too much smoke on the Jan 6 issue that we do not know- would love to see a full boar investigation
I have. If you would like to point out something that I said about the speech that is factually incorrect, let me know. Outside of that, you are clearly unable to distinguish a lack of need to shape the speech due to cognitive dissonance with not having watched it. Which is the type of analysis that I would expect if analysis was driven more by emotional need than factual analysis. How many deaths are necessary for an insurrection? Again, the fact that they were failures isn't evidence of their intent. Multiple courts examined evidence of seditious conspiracy and convicted multiple people of that crime. Multiple courts examined evidence of violence and convicted multiple people of those crimes. The Venn diagram is not two distinct circles. As such, logic dictates that you had a violent, seditious conspiracy that occurred that day. That is, by definition, an "insurrection." Now here is the absurdly optimistic part of my post, let's see if you can argue from the use of fact, law, and logic against anything that I said.
Trump called a rally. Told his knuckle dragging followers to fight like hell. Sent them to the capital. Watched with glee as they stormed the capital and beat police. When it was clear it was going to fail and Pence wouldn’t throw it all into chaos Trump left town like a coward. He’s a puss.
Good lord man. at least you stay consistent. There is no topic that you can resist making up sh-t up whole cloth.
Except that everything you quoted is true. I wonder how people like you justify Trump's election criminality. Would you mind enlightening me please? For example, what do you think of Trump's call to Raffensparger, to try and coerce him to "find votes", and presumably to also not cerify the Georgia election results?
So the Trump mob would've just exchanged pleasantries with Pelosi, Pence, and the others, and peacefully leave so they could go about their business? You honestly believe this? And back to the "stolen" election. If Ds could steal the election in 2020 in Arizona when Rs held most major state offices, wouldn't it be easier to steal 2024 with more Ds in charge? So, why didn't they?
So that angry mob chanting " Hang Mike Pence" and calling out Pelosi, Schumer et al would have just played patty cake with them.... smdh. Give me a freakin break.
Intentional or not, the "one person" shot when illegally entering through a broken window was a female. She was not a they. For a right winger as indoctrinated into rejecting changes affecting the social order and other culture or social customs as you appear to be, why have you so easily fallen into line accepting the blurred, incoherent, and ungrammatical usage of pronouns?
Generally speaking people asked to join the moderating staff are long time members with an established posting history indicating their ability to intelligently discuss and debate forum topics with their political opposites with respect and honesty. Moderators are selected to moderate forums they post in and are familiar with so in a general sense they know the posting history of most of the participants posting on their assigned forum. Mods are not restricted from posting their opinions, but they are expected/ charged with moderating all posters fairly without bias. There have occasionally been moderators who have gone rogue and dealt underhandedly with posters they disagree with on one point or another. When discovered it is dealt with one way or another. Before or during my time as a moderator I observed 3 ejections from the moderating staff. GatorGrowl asked me to be a moderator. As it has been previously mentioned in the past, River was selected by Oklahoma and the late NanaGator. It's mostly a thankless, aggravating job, having to deal with difficult, abusive, even dishonest posters who can at times make the duties of moderating a dive into Dante's 8th circle of hell. Some of you people aren't nice.
These people will parrot the media lie until Trump is forced to revisit the entire kangaroo court invented by the Biden administration. There are people on the Right that think Trump should just let this go? Hail no, that's how you know who the traitors are in your own administration. That is VERY BAD advice. That kangaroo crap has to fixed and set straight for history's sake.
