Update on Auburn’s insane KenPom rating: They actually did it. Their offensive efficiency has surpassed 1.3 points per possession. This has likely happened before, but I’ve never seen it. And no team has ever ended the season with that high of a rating. Meanwhile, their weaker unit, the defense, is still ranked higher than ours. Statistically, this Auburn team is bonkers. https://kenpom.com/
SEC going 8-0 tonight. My goodness, finish 4th or 5th in this league and you should still get a 2 or 3 seed in the tournament.
He is usually close on his very last prediction but by then everybody knows pretty much how it is going to go.
Current combined record of all SEC teams is 154-20. The SEC combined record of home games played is 97-2. Good luck going on the road in the conference this season.

MSU putting it on 21 ranked Memphis 56-37 early in the second half. Riley Kugel with 17 points on 7-9 shooting so far.
Most impressive stat that I just calculated is that the SEC now has combined 21 losses for 16 teams while the conference also has 21 wins in games v Top 25 teams, after Auburn's win & Kentucky loss Looked at losses for the SEC teams. South Carolina to North Florida easily the worst, the only other losses to teams with more then 3 losses are also South Carolina to Xavier, Miss St to Butler, Texas to Ohio St & Kentucky to Ohio St. Big 10 has done very well v SEC giving 8 of the 21 losses, Purdue, Oregon & Ohio St have 2 wins each v SEC teams The only other losses to teams outside 5 main conference are Memphis beating Missouri & Drake beating Vandy, Memphis is ranked & Drake is undefeated. The potential losses remaining in non conference play are Ole Miss v Memphis & Missouri v Illinois

I don't think anyone, even the SEC's biggest cheerleaders, expected anything like this. I sure didn't.
Eight SEC games today and five of 'em saw the visiting team getting blown out. I know it's a silver lining, but the Gators didn't get blown out on the road and def could have won at Rupp. This team should fear nobody. There will be ups n downs in the conference schedule, but they have proven that they can ball with any team.
