I was afraid this would happen. We would resort back to our old ways of just trying to outscore and outrebound and not out-defend. But hats off to Kentucky. They have legit shooters and scorers and are incredibly well coached for having every player on the team playing together, and for a coach, for the first time. We can make up for it by beating Tennessee.

 

i love his passion, recruiting, player interaction; offensive pace and talent identification/acquisition.

i dislike his poor use of timeouts, rotations and lack of defensive versatility/adjustments.

 

Clean up some things on defence and we can beat this team, it was always going to be tough going into Rupp, I thought at times we looked like we could win this but it got away, next!

 

True..fouls about even.

 

I agree we need stops, but Kentucky has been getting some home cooking, as most teams do, especially in the first half.
