UF vs UK Saturday January 4 11am ESPN @Rupp

    After crushing all 13 non-con opponents, Gators stand at 13-0 heading in conference play. First up is UK @Rupp this coming Saturday. But which UK team shows up-- the one that beat Gonzaga and Duke or the one who lost to Clemson and Ohio State?

    I just checked UK's defensive rating and it sits at #219 vs UF's #26.
    Barring any excessive and egregious fouls called on UF, I feel good about this game.

    @gatordavisl should perhaps consider making the SoG for this game the differential in fouls called!

    This is ESPN's biggest game of the week; I'm excited!

    Very excited. Their energy will be through the roof and some pressure to kick off the new era. Hopefully that translates to them playing tight and us playing loose and sharp.

    I guess we won't be favored in the next 3. How tough are we when really when facing adversity? What a wild ride this conference is going to be.

    Great suggestion. Consider it done. Got a 4day old newborn at home and things are nutty right now, but I'll do my best to remember this one. Foul diff is always a prime consideration at Rupp.

    Ken Pom has them at 63 in DRtg. They give up a lot of shots and don’t turn you over much, but they allow an absurdly low 27.5% from the arc.

    It’s been a long time since we have gone into Rupp and I feel like we should win. Not saying we will or that we should win by 20, but I feel like this year we are a slight step ahead of them. Wish this was in Gainesville!

    11AM is 9AM here in Colorado. Ridiculous to say the least. Who's responsible for setting game times? The school, the SEC or ESPN?

    Good luck to my NBN! Kentucky has a lot of warts, but they are fun to watch. It is nice having an older team, but we are not very athletic and have trouble rebounding.

    I remember posting that I was not happy with Pope and that was a mistake. He has the opportunity to do big things at Kentucky.

    Florida has had an awesome start and so fun to watch. I will be at work at my part time job, but will watch it later.
