    It's far safer than its sister city across the border, Ciudad Juarez. Ciudad Juarez is supposedly the third deadliest city in the world in terms of homocides. The cartels and gangs are in full force there and I suspect they are moving back and forth into El Paso (at least those who can come in legally). Not sure how we police entry at the border for Mexican citizens?
