Iowa just wasn’t up to winning this game.

 

Mizzou is 10-1 the past 2 seasons in 1 score games. That’s ridiculous!

 

College rule is that running OOB with more than 2 min only stops the clock to set the chains. Pro game is under 5 minutes.

 

The dirty team won - but I got 2 points in my Smooty picks - which is the important thing!

 

If you’re talking about the last 4th and 1, it looked to me that 3 Mizz players were all lined up offsides. Iowa should have done hard count on them. Hate Mizz’s coach, was rooting for Iowa.

 

I am thrilled that Iowa lost!!! Makes the off season far more enjoyable!

Gators end the season with a win. Iowa State beats Miami. F$U, Miami, and Iowa all lose! Can't get much better in "traditional" bowl season!

 

Whatever. I guess you’d have to live up in Iowa to understand the Iowa hate. To me they’re about as inoffensive a program as it gets. I was pulling for Iowa because I don’t like Missouri or Drinkwitz.

 

I still occasionally get people saying f*** the Gators--all because of that one Outback Bowl plus Ferentz is just a bad coach so my dislike for Iowa is strong. Maybe when they lose him my opinion will change.
