Thank you, concerning, if true. Now, to show balance and fairness, it would be appropriate for you to list Trump's and his family's questionable, if not downright illegal, business practices over the decades. I mean, it is the integrity of our leaders which concern you, right?

See, the problem with you is the same some on the far left have: you're a broken record, always the same tune with no effort whatsoever to be balanced and fair. This is why, until now, I've not engaged you......and why I won't again.

So if the pardon covers James involvement in Americore, would you think there might have been some legal exposure there?

You waited all year to engage me and when you thought you had me I cited my sources and you had nothing. A lot of you don't like losing and can't handle the truth because it causes cognitive dissonance.

As for Trump's integrity, tax lawyer Robert Barnes says Trump has run a clean business, which is hard to do if you know how the real estate industry NYC operates. I've criticized Trump's 2016 picks of Gina Haspel, Christopher Wray, Mike Pompeo, John Bolton, Amy Coney Barrett and numerous federal judges. I've criticized his Russian sanctions. I criticized his missile attack on Syria for a false flag chemical attack. I criticized Trump's nomination of Marco Rubio. I've criticized Republican corruption and corrupt REP politicians like John McCain and Lindsey Graham. I've also said I'm not a fan of Jared Kushner or Ivanka.

That said, I'm not here to balance myself, I help balance the board by debunking Democrats, neocons, conventional wisdom and MSM/Deep State narratives
    And have some fun.

If Joe Biden does issue a blanket preemptive pardon for his brother it could be to protect him from prosecution for real crimes that he may committed or it could be just as likely that Joe Biden may be doing so to protect James from onerous investigations and frivolous prosecutions. By the way if Republican led Congressional committees are really concerned about uncovering the truth a pardoned James Biden would be a more effective witness than would James if he were subject to prosecution since he wouldn't be able to invoke the 5th Amendment following a pardon and would have to testify or face charges of contempt of Congress.

I think Republicans are very well aware that Hunter and James have lost their 5th Amendment Rights and that lying to Congress and failure to comply with a Congressional subpoena are crimes that are not covered by their pardons.

In my opinion, Republicans would be smart to drop the whole Biden matter and spend their time focusing on where COVID came from, how it was handled, and where all the money went and holding anyone accountable that did not comply with the law.

Is it corrupt when people who are pardoned give millions to the potus who gave them a pardon?

Without going thru each one, I'd certainly disagree with at least some of his pardons and commutations. I'm not sure what drove it, but I assume he really believed it should be done. No one can accuse him of trying to buy votes.

This happened after his visit with the Pope. As a devout Catholic, the Pope could have swayed him to commute the sentences to life in prison with out parole.

However, the Pope didn't change his opinion on abortion apparently.

So why not commute all then?

There actually was a Washington Post editorial suggesting that Biden should have commuted all of them.
Biden’s commutations paradoxically prove the pro-death-penalty case
It was the argument of the writer that if the death penalty is morally reprehensible it should never be invoked. The writer argued by making three exceptions to his commutations Biden essentially reiterated the argument of death penalty proponents i.e. there are some crimes that are so reprehensible their perpetrators should receive death.

I havent looked at what the 39 people did but the 3 left should get the death penalty. I also think that some/most/all should also get the death penalty but don’t have a definitive opinion since I don’t know about the others.

Hardly but what would you do if you had a loved one killed by some pos and then whomever is Prez commuted their sentence- I highly doubt you would be happy about it- I certainly would not. As I stated earlier, joey more than likely did not make this decision, his shadow guvment made it and he was just handed the paper making it a exec order to sign and put in front of a teleprompter and told to read it

Commuting the sentence to life in prison - why he practically freed them!

How would you feel if your relative was a law enforcement officer who got the **** beat out of him at a riot incited by Trump.....because Trump was criminally conspiring to overturn an election.....in part by hosting a rally (intended to be riot) on certification day after he'd LOST THE ELECTION.....

......and then Trump called all those violent rioters "hostages" and promised to pardon them?

Would you like that? Would that earn a 'funny' rating from you if, say, that was one of your kids or nephews?

It would be funny stuff, right?
