    I'll start. Now he is demanding that Panama return the Panama Canal

    it is vital to our defense that it be properly maintained and operated and we can't trust them brown people to do that so they must give it back

    "We will demand that the Panama Canal be returned," Donald Trump declared over the weekend.

    Trump on Saturday took to his own social media site, Truth Social, to issue a threat to local Panama officials about the famous Panama Canal.

    "The Panama Canal is considered a VITAL National Asset for the United States, due to its critical role to America’s Economy and National Security. A secure Panama Canal is crucial for U.S. Commerce, and rapid deployment of the Navy, from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and drastically cuts shipping times to U.S. ports," Trump wrote, adding that "Teddy Roosevelt was President of the United States at the time of its building, and understood the strength of Naval Power and Trade."

    "When President Jimmy Carter foolishly gave it away, for One Dollar, during his term in Office, it was solely for Panama to manage, not China, or anyone else. It was likewise not given for Panama to charge the United States, its Navy, and corporations, doing business within our Country, exorbitant prices and rates of passage," Trump added. "Our Navy and Commerce have been treated in a very unfair and injudicious way. The fees being charged by Panama are ridiculous, especially knowing the extraordinary generosity that has been bestowed to Panama by the U.S. This complete 'rip-off' of our Country will immediately stop."

    Well, at least it's a more material argument than Greenland.

    As far as national security, I remember when the handoff occurred. Talking heads in the DoD stated that in the event of an actual war, we could easily take it back in a pinch.

    He isn’t wrong about it being critical to US . Controlling the Canal ? Seems logical. Think we may have paid for it . I could see us providing military protection as an option.

    This is simple ... Panama says "No, screw off", and then we get to find out how much Trump wants to imitate his idol Putin, and invade a country for no reason ... If that happens, I hope Russia supplies weapons to Panama and they put up a good fight ...

    rename Denali to Mt McKinley, after that great white explorer who was the first human..oh wait...lets undo that dei thingy that took a fat white man name off it and honored the native name for the mountain..i mean, we bought it, right..maybe it should be named Mt Trump..no..Trump mountain...trump has to come first. rename the national park, rebrand all that memorabilia

    Democratic former President Barack Obama in 2015 officially renamed the mountain as Denali, siding with the state of Alaska and ending a decades-long naming battle. The peak had been officially called Mount McKinley since 1917.

    "They took his name off Mount McKinley," Trump said in a speech to supporters in Phoenix. "He was a great president," Trump, a Republican, said, adding that his administration will "bring back the name of Mount McKinley because I think he deserves it."

    Taking the historical native name off the mountain to name it after a pompous white man is what's wrong with it. The same thing that was wrong with it the first time. The fact that isnt even in your calculus is whats wrong with MAGA
