Sure thing, sparky. Your entire post is nonsense and has no basis in the law. At his last deposition he misidentified a photo of E. Jean Carroll, a woman who supposedly wasn't his type, as his ex-wife. No lawyer would want him to sit for a deposition.

No, you are wrong because you quite frankly don't know the law in this area. Trump's lawsuit would not have survived a motion for summary judgement.

Law? Hand picked prosecutors, judges, and juries is all you need when employing the democratic socialist playbook.

Speaking of handpicking judges, Aileen Cannon possibly the most incompetent US District Court Judge was handpicked by Trump as were three of the SCOTUS justices that were responsible for cloaking him with near absolute immunity.

So you're suggesting that a single poll in one state that was within the margin of error was supposed to motivate Democrats everywhere when virtually all of the national polls as well as most of polls in the swing states had the election within the margin of error.

Hard to prove intent Selzer seemed to be very happy with the poll and was telling friends she was going to drop a bomb in Trump's lap.

Selzer was an overrated pollster. In September 2020 she had Trump and Biden tied in Iowa. Rich Baris had Trump by 8%. Trump won by 8.2%. Ann's final poll did have Trump by 7% but the reality is the race was never tied.

In 2004 she had Kerry a few points ahead of Bush in her final poll (3-5?). Bush won by less than a point.

In her final 2024 poll Selzer greatly oversampled older women for some reason. She tried to create a narrative that women were deserting Trump on the abortion issue. Her own data failed to support that. Baris and Barnes on the Selzer poll:

Selzer was of by 16 points. Hard to see how she could be off by that much.

I had issues with her “I’ll take whoever answers the phone” method back in 2020. I think she played Russian roulette long enough and got burned.

She was off by a 16 points and it was an incredible miss. That being said she was much closer to predicting Trump's margins of victory in 2016 and 2020 than any of the other pollsters. She was also among the few and possibly the only pollster who predicted the victory of Ted Cruz over Trump in the 2016 Iowa Republican caucuses and by the way Trump claimed that he actually won the caucuses that year and that his victory was stolen from him through voter fraud. She was also the only pollster who predicted Obama's victory over Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Iowa Democratic caucuses.
