And Trump hasn't received a pass? According to SCOTUS the President and more specifically Trump is cloaked with the same form of sovereign immunity as a traditional monarch i.e. he is above the law.
You would think a moderator could get the spelling of a thread title right. Another embarrassing and bad look for Swamp Gas forums.
Yep, we dems get a free pass and therefore control everything, and those who complain about it are just pissing in the wind.
Lmao! First, this place is a @#$%& cesspool to begin with, so we're not impressing anyone who sticks their nose into Too Skank... Secondly... seriously.... who gives a @#$% about chicken shit grammar clerical errors???? How big a LOSER must one be, to actually think spelling matters on a @@#$%& message board? Get. A. Life.
Speaking of losers, based on the content and tone of the posts, I’m guessing the OP/moderator doesn’t even know how to spell “regularly”.
Although one would think that Trump or at least his staff would have educated themselves with respect to proper secure communication techniques considering their obsession with Hillary Clinton's use of unsecured email during the 2016 presidential campaign. Who can forget the chant of "Lock her up" at multiple MAGA rallies.
Ĝ Doesn't mean Trump is getting a pass. He wins every case on appeal. Democrats are on average are partisan scum so how was Trump ever going to get a jury of his peers in a heavily Democrat jurisdiction? Impossible and you know it.
I’m sure every President has had a personal phone for family stuff. You just can’t do government business on it.
With nearly 50 million classified documents produced annually, and about 4 million with some sort of security clearance, spillage is not uncommon. As the article details, most cases are simple human error and don't end up investigated. Especially if there's no intent to do harm and full cooperation in returning all documents. I don't know Biden's intent, but a small number of documents forgotten in his UPenn office discovered when it was being cleaned out doesn't really scream Biden had bad intent. Nether does a few in his garage. Especially since Biden allowed for a full search of both home and office. On the contrary, Trump lied on an affidavit about having the 300 documents still in his possession when the MAR raid occurred. He also tried to change locations of the docs. And unlike Biden or Pence, a search warrant was required to retrieve all the docs because Trump didn't fully cooperate. What does that say about Trump's intent? I don't expect you to answer.
And as everyone knows a guilty verdict doesn't mean you were guilty of jack diddly squat. Trump never got a jury of his peers. He got a lynching jury.
Although the effect was the same i.e. the election of Trump, the vote on November 5 wasn't a vote on Trump's criminal behavior, it was a referendum on Biden's economic policy with enough swing voters voting for Trump to throw the election to him because they blamed Biden for the inflation of the last four years (primarily in 2022) and fell for Trump's line that the Donald would roll back prices. When that doesn't happen there will be a lot of voter remorse.
It was a rejection of the radical Left's virulent malevolence of every type. They even voted Trump back in. That's literally how skank shitty the Dummyrat party is. 91 indictments, civil judgments, a felony convition.... You couldn't dream up a clearer FU and donkey you rode in on, than that.
Biden gave classified documents to a ghostwriiter for a book that he got an $8M advance for. He knew we what he was doing
And what was Trump doing with boxes and boxes in Mar-a-Lago bathrooms and ballrooms? Writing a book and using documents to support your story without giving up any classified information is a legitimate reason to ask for the documents. Want to get the story right. But Trump?
All of the Trump documents were automatically declassified when Trump took them. What the FBI wanted were the Crossfire Hurricane docs that exposed their criminality
