Picture was taken near Douglas, AZ, in the SE part of the state right next to New Mexico. It was taken after a summer monsoon storm a few years ago. It is 100% Trump's Wall along the border that couldn't withstand the wind and rain combination. Monsoon storms regularly uproot trees, tear roofs apart, and can even flip over small airplanes.
