    No congress or President. The money that got it repealed is probably 10X more influential now than it was then. Our politicians got us to look the other way in 2008-2010 and they’ll do it again whenever they have to.

    Hasn't not there been some cases where the government confiscated different types of crypto as a result of a crime? What happens to that?
