Wilson just signed with the Oregon Ducks. Dang.

 

Supposedly he told UF, Florida Victorious, and even some of Miami's staff that he was coming to UF, and Oregon came in last minute with that Nike bag to keep him.

 

He will portal in next year....let him have his jollies out there he will be back.

 

I imagine those cross country plane trips will get old quick. I hope he likes airports.

 

This will be a glorious day even if we only get Solomon Thomas. Nothing more enjoyably than snagging FSU's only prized recruit after beating their asses this year. Its almost like planting a UF flag right in the middle of their recruiting program without having to endure the smell the Doak.

Yep. Also would prefer that we not get into bidding wars for high school players. Hopefully we spend the cash on a proven WR in the portal.

 

I mean certain players are worth it but yeah we need a stud WR with two years left for Lagway. Jeremiah smith, Ryan Williams, Cam Coleman….would be better than Wilson but Wilson was a take no matter what.
Obviously those guys are long shots but you see my line of thinking.
