Exactly. It is rare that a criminal announces his criminal intent, it normally must be proven circumstantially. "Spillage" is not uncommon. Complete cooperation, consenting to a full blown search obviating the necessity for obtaining a search warrant and not obstructing justice all serve to negate a finding of criminal intent.

As long as you love it, isn't that all that really matters?

Biden couldn't have done all that BS. He was a Puppet.

    Maybe Harris did it?

It's always amazed me how Joe Biden can be both a cognitively diminished elderly puppet and the cunning godfather of a crime family at the same time.

No, just John Solomon who is known to stretch the truth if there is any and to make it up if there isn’t

Patel has proposed eliminating the Intelligence Division of the FBI apparently because that Division was involved in investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and probably also the elections of 2020 and 2024. Just a reminder the Intelligence Division was also involved in this investigation:
DOJ announces charges in Iranian plot to kill Donald Trump
Eliminating the Intelligence Division of the FBI would be a real gift to domestic terrorists as well as adversarial foreign agents operating in the US.

The Intelligence Division of the FBI does have a history of abuses only the overwhelming number of those abuses occurred over 50 years ago under J. Edgar Hoover, not under the directorships of James Comey or Christopher Wray.
Patel's children's book says it all about where he stands. He genuinely believes that Donald Trump is a King who should be above the law.

Definitely a bad move to get rid of FBI intelligence. Perhaps he maybe to spin them off as a separate entity.

When Kash declassifies the Crossfire Hurricane documents it will be game over for Obama, Hillary, Biden, the FBI and the CIA. --per Mike R. Davis

When the FBI went to Mar-a-Lago they were authorized to use lethal force. They brought a medic with them. They had a map that showed how to get to the nearest trauma center. They wanted the Crossfire Hurricane documents and some Deep State operatives wanted Trump dead.

Cute. The authorization to use deadly force is boilerplate in all search warrants authorizing the FBI to conduct searches. I would also add that Trump was notified in advance of the search (if you recall pro-Trump demonstrators were outside of Mar-a-Lago when the warrant was executed) and Trump himself wasn't even present at Mar-a-Lago; he was residing at Trump Tower at the time. If the mythical "Deep State operatives" wanted Trump dead they wouldn't have used a search of premises where Trump wasn't even present as a pretext to assassinate the Dear Leader.

I slready said it was my understanding that Biden could declassify documents that he classified. Nobody has said those were the only classier documents Biden took.

Biden was getting an $8 million dollar advance on a book he was supposed to write. He turned the classified documents he took (without authorization) over to the book's ghostwriter

There's no real evidence that Biden shared the documents with the book's ghostwriter. Jonathan Hurley inferred that Biden may have used the classified documents because they were in his office while he was writing the book.

How many of the criminal scum that Kash Patel will go after will be preemptively pardoned by "Nobody is above the law" Joe Biden?
