"Hunter committed felonies, and was convicted by a jury of his peers.””
As were the felons that Trump pardoned during his first Administration not to mention the felons that he will be pardoning after he takes office again including the J6 insurgents a number of whom were convicted of violently attacking DC Metro and Capitol police officers.

LOL, you didn't read the prosecutor's filing, did you? You just read the tweet and thought you found something really, really big, right?

The gravamen of the pleading is whether the indictment should be dismissed OR the prosecution permanently terminated administratively...literally stopped dead in its tracks.

Cheer up, at least your flag planting video is very cool.

Republicans forced Joe Biden to pardon Hunter guys.

He did it because he wanted to. Own it.

Joe Biden pardoned Hunter because he wanted to pardon Hunter. He's a grown man with agency. The political environment we're in made it easier for him to act. Such is life. You support powerful people being above the law. Congrats. This should make you very happy.

This was always the game from the moment Joe Biden dropped out of the race and would reap no real political consequences after the election.

The winner of the 2024 election had zero bearing on whether Joe Biden would pardon Hunter from the moment he dropped out.

Uh huh. Regardless, it's good to find out that you have no objections to it.

I don’t have objections to Joe pardoning Hunter.

I only have objections to him refusing to pardon Trump and waiting until after the election and until he became a lame duck to pardon Hunter.

And he has a right to do the latter, it just reeks of political cowardice.

True if not for his last name he would just be another crack head likely living on the street.

You never did. That’s the dirty little secret.

You only cared when it can be used to your benefit.

Trump shouldn't have done all that criming. Of course, he won't face any consequences for it.

Seriously, that trick has been used for centuries. The KGB didn’t invent it.

If I’m not mistaken the English used that trick to some degree with Benedict Arnold.

Sorry man, I was refuting the assertion that Hunter was some political prisoner.

Find one post where I support Trump pardoning any of the jackasses you mention above or suggested they were “political prisoners”. You can use that argument for the guys that think what you suggest, I’m not one of them.

Yeah, you just shill for the political party criminal organization whose leadership lies for, and enables, the January 6th traitor criminals.

House Speaker Mike Johnson is trying out some new language to describe the riotous mob that swarmed the U.S. Capitol on January 6: innocent Americans that were just there, “walking through the building.”

“I made a commitment immediately after I got the gavel that we would start releasing that,” Johnson said, referring to tapes of the insurrection. “Originally we were trying to blur some of the faces to protect the innocent, you know, people who were there and just happened to be walking through the building.”
