Do you really think comparing Jared and Hunter is a good look for Democrats?

I get you do not like Kushner but you are now pushing a policy that says no one that works for the US government can ever be allowed to raise money from foreign investors after they leave office. Not sure that is helpful in attracting top talent to serve.

Well, I guess Biden should be super happy SCOTUS granted immunity to presidents engaged in unlawful behavior.

I was responding to another post. I would agree that the Hunter's pardon and Jared Kushner's payoff really aren't comparable. That being said the issue is whether one should be able to leverage a government position to receive an incredible payoff from an interested party with extremely deep pockets. While it happens all the time and as far as I'm concerned the practice is always sleazy Jared Kushner brought it to whole new level.

As opposed to Hunter raising money while his Dad wasn't in office? You guys are so cute.

The stuff Trump pardoned Jared Kushner's father for was way more serious that the the claimed misdeeds of Hunter.

Please refer to him as Ambassador Kushner, thanks. And yes, way more serious.

When was Hunter raising money when his father was not in office? I believe most of his dealings were all during his father's time in office up to 2017.

I think you have worn us down. No one cares. Why should I? I said above I don't approve but I could not care any less. What is a crime anymore?

    +1

This highlights the never ending hypocricy of liberals. They power whine about the ethics of the right, but are entitled to disregard ethics for themselves.

The left has never cared about their actions. They've only cared about the right.
