We arent better than the teams that beat us but we are better than many of the ranked teams and everyone knows it. Rank us wherever they want.

 

Well it seems to have at least made an impression on the recruits and the boosters. Thankfully, those kids don't rely on your opinion.

And honestly if some one had said at the beginning of the season when we were predicted to win 4 games that we would end November winning our final 3 games including ending losing streaks vs. LSU and FSU and ending the playoff hopes of the coach everybody wanted to.replace CBN with, it would have been a laugh fest, now we've done that, became the hottest team on the recruiting trail and you somehow act as if this year was a failure. Lol.

What has OSU won recently with the top 3 class each year? They've been walloped 4 years straight by a team that consistently comes in behind them in recruiting. Top 5 to top 10 not much difference depending on how you built the class. Was it built balanced and fill needs with blue chip talent? Or was it a star grab? Also will half the class that helped a team get a top 5 class even still be on the roster the following season with the way the portal.is now? There are so many other factors that go into the success of a recruiting class. But yet here you are, sitting behind your computer with your total yards stats sheet yearning for someone to come talk to you.

Show me facts that say a team that recruits a class outside of the top 5 can not be successful?

 

And since when do people get offended when someone says "you must be young" ? Clearly i should have just gone with the "you need thicker skin" line

 

You're stating an opinion, definitely not facts. You've stayed nothing but what/how you think it "should" go. But having a top 3 class in the SEC conference by no means guarantees you success more any more than a team that doesn't recruit top 5 but wants to come in and steal your lunch money. Vandy over Bama is a great example, bama signed more 5 star recruits last cycle than vandy has Ever, yet their game this uear showed us there is much more to it than a ranking, Ole miss never recruits HS ranks great, yet they are having a bit of recent success, South Carolina same deal. And go-ahead and look at your little facts and stats sheet real closely and show me on there where that ain't true.

Much like your "total yards" rant, about how "you can't win if you give up more yards" that is definitely not a fact, But here is a fact, that cannot be disputed.... if you score more points than the other team than none of that other shit matters.
