Why are we making Billy out to be some kind of badass… he didn’t do anything when they were doing that on our field. So far Mike has shown more guts.

 

I get that but that wasn’t the situation. They scored to make it 24-9. They weren’t cutting to an 8 point lead. It was either gonna be a 13-14-15 point lead.

Guess it was just to get a rep. Seems silly.

 

It is not about being better than that. It is about demonstrating to “legends in their own mind” that we can dish out humiliation also. Maybe the next time they beat us they will be more civil.

 

Who cares. Norvell is a loser and is bleeding recruits to UF and other schools left and right. Let him continue to “look like a badass” if he’s going to put that shitty product out on the field every season.

The punchline should be OSU losing, UM losing and neither going to their Championship games!

That’s the punchline. Not UF turning around a season that looked terrible in September, beating their rival on their field with a crushing defensive performance.

 

His rationale was that by cutting it to thirteen even if we kicked a field goal they could still tie with two scores. If they are down 14 and we kick a filed goal they are down 3 scores.

 

Billy apologized in presser. Said it won't happen again. Said there will be consequences for those involved.

From what I saw of the holding it was a chicken stuff call meaningless to the play.
