Mike Gundy has been head coach at Okie State for 20 seasons. It may be time for him to move on. Spurrier said that most football coaches, no matter how successful, wear out their welcome after 10-12 years. There are some exceptions, like Saban but for the most part it's been true.

Even successful coaches seem to lose their edge after a long time on the same job. It happened to Bowden, Don Shula, Mack Brown, Tom Landry. And now, perhaps, to Mike "I'm A Man" Gundy.

I don't hate Deion. I actually like him more than most here probably.

But I could not care less about his flash in the pan program that he will abandon as soon as the next gig comes along.

 

Tilly, respectfully that is a weak argument. Three years ago Colorado played in the same conference and same schedule and won one game vs nine this year… that is an accomplishment in n any level by any measure…

They have won six P5 conference championships.

They have a Heisman winner.

If its easier to win at UCF, then why havent they done it?
