He was definitely fouled on that one.

I caught the game in replay. Not great offense by us but good enough. Defense was very good for the most part.
I would make Will Richard the MVG. He kept us in it and led the rally in the first half when things weren't going our way.

tldw: he said I deserved the T. I didn't deserve the second one. Insinuated he's never seen that ref before

His press conference gave a lot of detail and breakdown on Florida. Agree with others, very complimentary.

That’s because of what I said later in my post: scorching transition/early offense created by defensive rebounding and turnovers.

Right. Every team has a weakness. If we end up elite defensively and on the glass with the ability to score quick, I can live with failing in a slow, half court game. Hopefully, Condo settles in a little on the blocks and Klavzar comes on. Those two things would make us far more effective in the halfcourt.

We were 208th last year at 71.5%. Guys settle in as the season progresses. We were much worse tin start last season. Most of the misses have been by Condo.

Thought the same. Richard had a very efficient game. Overall loving the improved defense.

Does anyone know what Coach Forbes said to get the first technical? He said he deserved it so it was more than routine arguing with the refs. That goes on all game, every game.

Condo sank his last 6 free throws today. That was a good sign.

Yeah, he's one strong cat and he's going to help us a lot this year when we face big, physical centers.

Statistics tell most of the story, but with this team, not the entire story. Lots and lots of basketball effort. These guys have displayed a real will to win attitude. Maybe not pretty, but always effective.

yeah, he said ”hey, MFer, do you need my Fn glasses to see that was not a foul?” And for the 2nd, he added “and your mama thinks you’re ugly too”.

I had to Google "tldw" :D

Anyhoo......he also said prior to this game, he'd only been tossed once in the past 5 years. Deserved the T......but not getting tossed.

Good for him for speaking up - but in a way he doesn't get fined or make the loss about him.

He really is a class act!

Thanks, I find this style of Basketball is so much more fun, from a fan perspective, than the style of the previous Gator coach.

Don't see this as a knock against Coach White, just completely different styles, I've always enjoyed a running team as compared to more set type styles.

Anyway, it's really been fun watching this new Gator addition. I like Martin more and more, every time I see him.

Good team with depth, yet shows potential to get even better.

Hope they go to 8 - 0 today.

Wake had several agonizing rim rollers that fell off, most I have seen in a game this season, like that.

UF controlled that 2nd half very effectively, Wake closed to 6 or 7 a few times, but UF really never let up, great W.

They had tall guards that were good which of course stymied Klavzar getting in. Alexis not getting inside mystified me. We need him also to let his natural inside game to be successful. As for Condo, he was the only big to get to the hoop as I watched. All our bigs were getting mauled by theirs. This won’t be the last time we see this type of defense deployed against us. Better hit our free throws.
