We are going back to blaming sexism and misogyny ? Kamala lost because she was a woman? ( if that’s your reasoning in why Whitney couldn’t win I assume it translate to Kamala?)
    Can’t be a woman.
    Can’t be Jewish
    Can’t be Gay
And keep in mind… it was democrats that didn’t come out to vote…. Why are the Dems so closed minded against gays, women, and Jews?
    How about
Kamala was so dislike able that her own party leaders didn’t want her to run. She was so unlikable she lost to Trump. Kamala was just terrible.

Kamala lost to Trump because the economy and specifically inflation was the primary motivating issue especially for the swing voters responsible for determining the outcome of the election. The majority of respondents in virtually every poll prior to the election as well as virtually every exit poll indicated that the economy was their most important issue and that Trump was able to address that issue better than Biden and later Harris. Their rationale was fairly simple. Prices were much lower in 2020 when Trump was president than they are in 2024 and during that almost four year period Biden was president during that period therefore the inflation was Joe Biden's fault. Kamala Harris was Biden's vice president during the same period and in an interview she said that wouldn't have done anything differently than Biden. Almost any Republican would have defeated either Biden or Harris and the only possible way that a Democrat would have even had a shot would have been if Biden announced that he wouldn't run for reelection no later than September 2023, the Democratic party held primaries and their candidate was a Democrat not associated in any way with Biden.

IF we take everything above at face value then it’s clear the Dems have a messaging problem. Again.. Kamala did a terrible job packaging her economic plan and presenting it. Voters believed Trump was better for the economy? Do you blame them? Dems spent more time talking about Jan 6, calling Trump Hitler, claiming he would be a dictator, “this may be our last chance to vote if Trump is elected”, Trump
Will throw comedians who spoke out against him in jail… over and over and over.
Repubs spoke out against inflation and immigration. Dems ran from it. You can say they were loser topics for the Dems but ONLY because Dems ignored them for so long.

That Harpo's 72 member production team each made 35,000 dollars for a 2 hour interview is a bit far fetched. :emoji_joy:
