If you use Roman numerals they are up to double digit wins, II.

playing not to lose? the defense intercepted the qb twice in the final minute or so of the game, to the point where he was crying his eyes out...i call that playing to win! hell, i call that aggressive defense! (something we haven't seen too much of around here in recent years btw)

I’m excited for the back to back wins against ranked opponents and that Lagway has won all 4 of the games he has started and was able to finish. His arm and big play ability can change field position quickly. A real talent. Go Gators. When looking at the team stats the last two games they are games we could have lost. Time of possession and total yards favored opponents. Big turnovers and sacks helped UF in key moments. As Billy said, part of the battle is believing you can win and play with anyone. This team has that mindset. Is when Lagway is playing. Glad Lagway got meaningful starts this year, that we get Bowl practice time, and a spring/summer where this young team can get even better. Tough schedule again next year but Billy has retooled from the depleted roster he inherited and now has kids brought in they fit his system

Have you looked at our injury list? Bend don’t break wasn’t our strategy imhfo. Our backups fought their a$$es off and rose up when it counted most. Why is this so hard to Understand?

yea, for what ever reason, our defense has made the opponents offense play pretty bad --- careless turnovers, inability to convert 4th downs. It's the craziest thing -- teams have crumbled against us with DJ in uniform. Look at the texas game, no DJ, and our defense couldn't stop a middle school team. DJ shows back up and its lights out. Last night we got bailed out by some horrible repetitive 4th down calls by lane, but we stepped up on all of them but maybe 1.

I did think clock management at the end would get us, if we burned the clock more on the 2nd to last possession, ole miss has no time left when they got the ball back - usually those little things results in loses, somehow this team has found a way.

I'll say it again and probably be banned -- DJ should have started from week 1. Its DJ or bust, my son even last night said, watch hollywood from bama transfer to florida to play with DJ.

I've been extremely critical of napier, I still think play call was extremely suspect last night. We still see routes running short of first down markers etc. But players are actually blocking now, stepping up and playing for each other.

Where was this in week 1 -- i've said this all year, stop with the we don't have the talent nonsense, we have the dang talent, time to coach the boys up, and take the training wheels off!!

DJ only completed 10 passes last night, they is a crazy stat.
If i'm a grad transfer at WR, i'm coming to florida next year -- sign me the f*** up!

On suspect clock management, doesn't any assistant coach on the staff offer suggestions to Napier during games, like "we ought to be eating clock, not snapping the ball so quick"? Napier can't listen to the game broadcasters, who are geniuses about everything, but he has some well-paid assistants who could at least open their mouths and say something.

I agree. Plenty of other years and plenty of other times I would have been worried, but I am really annoying this defense’s ability to close. I wasn’t worried at all. It was almost more fun seeing them get more chances.

These two teams we’ve played have really good QBs. They’re going to get yards. All you can really hope to do is make them earn it with good throws and not busted coverages, which we have. Then you try and wear them down into the 4th quarter.

The best Alabama and Georgia teams that won championships still usually got torched anytime they played a good QB.

When we have big plays that result in TDs, it’s going to affect T.O.P. When the other team is playing to use all 4 downs to get a 1st, it affects the T.O.P. We simply just needed lest time to win.

How long has it been since we made the other team cry? Man, it's good to see that again. It's good to hate to see the season end again, too.

On the best physically-in-shape day of my life, no one within ten yards of me and optimal weather conditions, all my muscles miraculously working in perfect synch and my strength at its apex, I still could not throw a football as far as DJ can with a casual flick of his wrist as he's being taken down by two 300-lb behemoths. At least five times in just the last two games alone, I've thought, ah dammit he's been sacked and suddenly a ref downfield is signalling first down. He's a fscking magician.

i think watching kiffin looking totally bewildered/confused and lost at the end of the game was as entertaining as the game itself...btw, is he still the frontrunner for the UF football head coaching job?? just wondering...
