In fact, contrast it to the opposing team playing for a SEC title shot and playoff berth. The GNFP clips show LSU was confused. On the Baugh touchdown, half the LSU defense (allegedly) had the wrong play call. That's a LOT worse than many of the Billy coaching gaffs, IMO. That one play ended their season.
he elevates the play call which i knew he would do which will give CBN more justification to remain the OC next year lol
It's weird to say it, but if we were reasonably healthy, I think we'd be the second best team in the East. Tennessee, USCe, and Missouri are all in a bunch for that spot. Vols likely first. But honestly, if they had to play us in the Swamp right now, and we got a bye week, I like our chances.
It’s a totally different team than the one that looked so bad against Miami. It just took this season to gel. Sucks to have lost the first half of the season, but we have a good team now and we can build on that. Oh what 2 more wins would do for recruiting
It's also called being a fan. If you are not swayed by the wins and the losses, you're just wasting your time. Emotional highs and lows is what we signed up for.
Don't look now, but we are starting to pick up momentum in recruiting...Flipped Pierre Louis from the Semis and received a commitment from 4-Star QB Tramell Jones Jr from Jax...If we win Saturday IT---IS---ON!!!
More about Shivers: "Also plays basketball. Eclipsed 1,000 career points on the hardwood midway through junior season. Helped Humboldt reach quarterfinals of TSSAA Class 1A tournament as a sophomore." If you watch the TD run and read this b-ball and still think he's too heavy, take your issue up with him.
Texas didn't make me schizo. I expected that loss with a walk on playing quarterback against one of the better teams in the country. I lost my shit when we got blown up by Miami, which should never have happened.
We are looking like we could be ranked between fifth and eighth overall in our conference and able to compete with most teams if we were healthy. That is a positive over how the season started out for sure.
We haven’t lost to any opponents outside the Top 15 in the rankings. Normally that has us around 8-2/7-3 at this point. Unfortunately, we have half of our schedule that is still vying for a playoff spot. A ridiculous statement when you realize how brutal CBNs third season is setup. It’s like the SEC office took the chance to change the schedule and tried to get CBN fired. Now that I pause to consider the possibility, yeah, it may have been their goal.
