I root for all the kids who sign with Florida. Some like Desmond Watson never really work out but I root for them as long as they try. I guess pissing on all the kids who sign with us is another option. Not sure what kind of fan that makes you though. I am sure others do. lol
I don’t know that I would say Des didn’t work out. I think we all wished he would have lost some weight, but he is playing a decent number of snaps. He is still here 3 years later and contributing
Des has been very, very important for us this year and has played great even against uptempo teams. He has worked out as much as any recruit at DT for UF in several years.
He's a troll. He intentionally acts against the flow of the board. When things are negative he acts rah rah and when things are starting to get positive he goes negative.
Des has been a solid player in the 2-deep over the last few years, but this has been his best season by far. Plug the middle is what he's supposed to do, and plug the middle he does!
Somehow I missed him playing against LSU. I didn’t see him against Texas either(he had no stats). My error.
I think you did miss him. I seem to remember seeing him on the field against LSU. Not sure about Texas.
In Des’ 19 snaps on D against LSWho, he had the second highest pff on our defense. How again is he not working out? He commands double teams to plug the middle which frees up the rest to play one v one in their gaps.
Yeah he was in it against LSU he broke through the line on one play and the guy cut inside and went to another hole
