Just got home (awful traffic getting out of the parking garage...)
Nice crowd..not that many lsu fans..crowd was loud..
And we finally broke the shoe jinx..
I really enjoyed the game..and more importantly..we won!

Just got back from the best game in the Swamp in a long time. Where were Banks and Sapp before tonight? They were beasts out there getting after Nussmeier. The crowd was rocking like in the old days and DJ was throwing some beautiful spirals downfield. The icing on the cake was evening up the all-time series with the Corndogs! Go Gators!

 

He did, when we fell behind it was Lex as he was the only one who could throw.

 

Just watched the highlights again. Freaking awesome. But I gotta tell ya, it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the game. The energy, the stress, the defense, the field goals, the back and forth. Man...

As mentioned, a glorious win in the Swamp. A foreshadowing of things to come. These kids are special. They really are. I wish the best for them all.

Watching on TV it seemed louder than it should have been when we had the ball. Were the LSU fans that loud? Maybe the TV mics were close to the corn dogs?
