Of course, Georgia never could have made second half adjustments to rattle him. DJ is entertaining. Would rather have an experienced QB, but it is sad DJ can't get that experience this year.
Hes young but he still is the best of what we have on roster. Wish he was getting valuable experience
He threw a lot of bad passes in that short first half that otherwise could have made us more of a threat to win. I think he was too hyped and firing high.
Hes green as hell but he takes the too off and has to be respected which makrs running easier. Teams dont crowd the box in him. I hope he can stay healthy and develop
You clearly aren’t a doctor, a PT specialist, or even familiar with modern medicine. Let me help you. Not all sprains are equal. The difference between a grade 1 and grade 3 can be a few days to surgical intervention. It was reported he had a grade 2 which if closer to a 1 than 3 could easily be healed in two weeks. Now factor that he is an elite and young athlete with some of the best orthopedic specialists possible and it would be foolish to assume any hamstring injury would automatically be 4-6 weeks. The resources available to heal these injuries aren’t what you find in your local PT office. They’re running in zero G machines, using PTS, and BFR that expedite recovery. Remember when Antonio Morrison blew out his knee and recovery was stated to be 10-12 months and he returned to the field in 6? Gators LB Antonio Morrison ready to lead defense after gruesome knee injury You’re welcome. Now no math is required.
