A tad ironic, perhaps, but if you're going to establish ANY new government agency, I can not think of a better, more apropos, more needed one, than one to target crap govt spending, and have it run by someone who signs checks and balances books in the private sector. people don't realize how big Chevron decision was and how much it is going to clog up everything as we wait on congress to tell us the rule when the temp is above 80, humidity below 70, wind out of the southwest under 6 mph, and moon in the waning phases. there is no way that congress can write any law to cover every condition that has to be considered and applied administratively. everything is going to end up in the courts and that will grind the economy to a halt..seeds have bene planted, harvest time on the horizon
