When you say unheard of price for an acre, do you mean that's high or low? Because here in and around the Charleston, SC area that's beginning to be a bargain price at 50k
Lmao, For 1 acre, and that's cheap for land anywhere near civilization or at least 10 miles from a Walmart. It's to the point the land is becoming more valuable than the houses built on them.
There undeveloped land around this state going for ridiculous amounts . 66 acres in Gaffney,sc (Pretty rural area) $5,580,000. =$84,545 per acre. You won't find that much available acreage around the cities but you can pay more than 5 million for even less than 66 acres if there were.
Its usually farmland or timber when tslking big tracts and 20k is primo. Yep, not finding residential type acreage that large.
The answer is simple. There are consequences in life. The worse the action(s), the worse the consequences(s).
David Waters (Gators Breakdown) seems to think he plays. I sure hope so, but I am doubtful. If he does play and is mobile, UF just might have a chance.
It's in Eastern Arizona, nearest town is 100 miles away. Plenty of tumbelweeds and coyotes. (Roadrunners to)
If he pkays and we get some dbs back, i think we have plenty of opportunity. They arent elite. Hammy and two weeks though is pretty sketch. This isnt the sec championship of old where someone might skip concussion protocol.DJ is tok important to the team and has too much to risk . Im not seeing it.
Arizona is actually the cheapest state in the country at $4.2k avg per acre where as Rhode Island is over $330k per acre. Of course an acre in Rhode Island is like a 10th of the state lol
Agreed, btw I am running an Ice Sale as well, but you have to come to Antartica to pick it up. Freight is not included.
